Monomachi is a walking event in the southern part of Taito City, Tokyo, a 4km² district taking in Okachimachi, Kuramae and Asakusabashi that has a long history of manufacturing and wholesaling. Monomachi invites you to soak up the charms of the machi heritage.

At Nohga Hotel Ueno, we regularly hold events and workshops in conjunction with the diverse artisans and creators of Taito in the aim of realizing our concept of "exceptional experiences and amazing encounters that can only be born from deep ties with the local community". Now, for the three days of Monomachi only, we are opening the Pop-up Café at our ground floor entrance and Bistro Nohga will be offering original items such as a miso pound cake and Kabuki coffee.
