[Maker's Dinner] BookRoad × Bistro NOHGA | November 21
Bistro NOHGA is delighted to host a Maker's Dinner in collaboration with BookRoad, a winery in Tokyo's Taito Ward, a historic shitamachi district.
Named with the hope of connecting grapes and people through winemaking, BookRoad is a Tokyo winery that crafts wines exclusively from Japanese grapes, bringing smiles to everyday life.
Join us for an evening celebrating this collaboration with our neighbor BookRoad and the culinary artistry of Bistro NOHGA's Chef Ebihara. Experience an exceptional pairing of wine and cuisine, available for one night only.

About BookRoad
Located just a five-minute walk from JR Okachimachi Station in Tokyo's shitamachi district, BookRoad sources grapes from its own vineyards and partner farms, handling everything from pressing and fermentation to bottling and retail. The name embodies the hope that grapes, the winery, and people will be connected by an invisible thread and prosper together.
BookRoad is the only winery in Tokyo to have received three stars in the Japan Winery Award* for two consecutive years.
*The Japan Winery Award is Japan's only accolade recognizing wineries that produce wines of exceptional quality.
Visitors can purchase wines, enjoy tastings of two recommended selections, and book winery tours. A restaurant is also located on the third floor.
