At Bistro NOHGA on the first floor of the hotel, we have launched the new menu, a panoply of summer flavors to delight all five senses. It features seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients, with each dish highlighting natural flavors and a subtle twist that adds delight.
The menu harnesses the flavor of the produce with fresh and colorful starters showcasing summer vegetables like egg plant and tomato, mains based on seasonally available fish and premium meats and desserts that make the most of the fruits of the hot season.
