[Hakkaisan × Kimoto Glass Tokyo × Bistro NOHGA triple collaboration] Winter 2026 Sake Tripling Dinner

January 31(Sat) 2026 19:00-21:00

We are pleased to announce the Winter 2026 edition of the popular event "Japanese Sake Tripling Dinner," held at Bistro NOHGA, during which guests can enjoy sake paired with an exclusively prepared multi-course meal and glassware.

This time, our collaboration features Hakkaisan Brewery, located in Minamiuonuma City, one of Japan's heaviest snowfall regions and a place "beloved by the gods of sake." The water used for brewing comes from "," underground spring water flowing from the sacred Mount Hakkai. Using carefully selected sake rice and meticulously handcrafted koji, combined with the finest equipment and techniques perfected over many years of training, Hakkaisan is a beautiful sake born through the utmost dedication and human craftsmanship.

On the night of the event, you will enjoy a "tripling" experience featuring the exceptional Hakkaisan sake, delicate glassware created by Kimoto Glass Tokyo based on traditional Edo Kiriko techniques, and the exquisite cuisine created by Bistro NOHGA's Chef Takero Ebihara.

The Hakkaisan Group was founded in 1922 in the heavy snowfall region of Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture. With the philosophy of "creating well-balanced, smooth-and-refreshing sake," the company has expanded beyond its Japanese sake "Hakkaisan" to produce shochu, plum wine, craft beer "Rydeen Beer," whisky, gin, koji amazake, fermented foods, and cosmetics. Under the theme of "Rice, Koji, and Fermentation. And, of course, water," the brewery is a "fermentation-creative enterprise" that nurtures richness of spirit through the power of fermentation and creation. In 2021, the company formed a business and capital alliance with Brooklyn Kura in New York, beginning to produce sake using local brewers and local ingredients. The company is committed to its global mission of "Establishing sake as a global beverage."

"Producing all things glass with an artisan's spirit"
For more than 80 years, we have always monitored market trends as a wholesaler. What do consumers look for in glass products? What are the factors that distinguish the products that sell and those that do not? What is necessary for glass products to be popular among people living today?
We will strive to create a new outlook on glass products by utilizing our unique perspective as a wholesaler and working together with handmade glass factories in downtown Tokyo, Edo Kiriko glass artisans, designers, and creatives.
