Bistro NOHGA on the hotel's first floor is now serving a summer menu that celebrates the season's finest ingredients alongside locally sourced produce, crafted to delight all five senses.
Expect vibrant appetizers featuring summer vegetables such as eggplant and tomato, main courses showcasing seasonal fish and carefully selected meats, and desserts that make the most of summer fruits. Each dish reflects Bistro NOHGA's signature approach: honoring the natural flavors of every ingredient while engaging the eyes, the palate, and even the nose.
We also recommend exploring our curated drink pairings, including craft beer, original gin, and signature cocktails, each selected by our team to complement the food.
