Bistro NOHGA on the hotel's first floor is now serving a spring menu that celebrates the season's finest flavors through all five senses, featuring carefully selected ingredients as well as produce sourced in partnership with the local community.
An exciting lineup of spring dishes is now available, designed to delight with flavor, aroma, and presentation. Highlights include Fresh Fish Carpaccio with Ayu Fish Sauce Vinaigrette, Tasmanian Salmon Confit and Fresh Onion Velouté with Lemon, Grilled Spring Swordfish with Japanese Parsley and Untoasted Sesame Oil Gribiche Sauce, and Strawberry and White Chocolate Espuma, among others. Each dish is crafted to bring out the very best of its ingredients.
We also invite you to try our recommended drink pairings, curated by our team to complement each dish perfectly. Our terrace seats, where you can feel the gentle spring breeze, are also a wonderful option.
