Bistro NOHGA (1F, NOHGA Hotel Ueno) is now offering guests a taste of winter goodness that will satisfy all the senses. Our special winter menu is full of seasonal ingredients and produce connected with the local area.
Guests can savor seafood including Japanese amberjack, cod and Japanese smelt, as well as carefully-selected ingredients such as Kawamata (a prized regional chicken brand), duck and wagyu, plus seasonal vegetables... Our menu brings out to the full the flavors special to each ingredient, for a taste of winter goodness that satisfies all five senses.
