[Mutsu Hassen × Kimoto Glass Tokyo × Bistro NOHGA Triple Collaboration] Autumn 2026 Sake Tripling Dinner

Saturday, November 7, 2026

We are pleased to announce the Autumn 2026 edition of the popular event "Japanese Sake Tripling Dinner," held at Bistro NOHGA, during which guests can enjoy sake paired with an exclusively prepared multi-course meal and glassware.

This time our collaboration features Hachinohe Shuzo, a long-established brewery founded in 1775 in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture. Dedicated to Aomori-grown rice, local yeast, and exceptional local water, the brewery continues to pursue innovative sake brewing while staying true to tradition.

Its signature brand, Mutsu Hassen, has captivated sake lovers in Japan and abroad with its vibrant, fruitlike aroma, fresh umami, and refined flavor. The chef at Bistro NOHGA, a restaurant that makes the most of its local partnerships and the deliciousness of seasonal ingredients, has created dishes designed to pair with Mutsu Hassen exclusively for this evening. Adding to the evening are sake glasses by Kimoto Glass Tokyo, whose ongoing pursuit of new possibilities in glassware makes this one-night-only Tripling Dinner truly special.

Mutsu Hassen, exquisite seasonal cuisine, and glassware designed exclusively for sake: each resonates with the others, coming together as a single work of art. We hope you will join us for this exceptional evening.

Its signature brand, Mutsu Hassen, named after the legendary Eight Immortals, stands as the symbol of Hachinohe Shuzo and is brewed with the aspiration of creating a fine sake that brings happiness to all who enjoy it. With its elegant, graceful aroma, fresh fruitiness, and delicate yet deep flavor, Mutsu Hassen has earned high acclaim from sake enthusiasts and chefs both in Japan and abroad.

While honoring tradition, Hachinohe Shuzo continues to embrace the challenge of innovation, creating sake that reflects the character of its land and the sensibilities of its brewers, and sharing the new value of Japanese sake with the world. Transcending the bounds of an ordinary sake, Mutsu Hassen continues to captivate people as a drink that embodies the climate, culture, and artisanal aesthetic of Aomori.
