Bistro NOHGA is delighted to host a Maker's Dinner in collaboration with Manns Wines, a winery that has pursued winemaking rooted in the distinct character of two home regions: Katsunuma in Yamanashi Prefecture and Komoro in Nagano Prefecture.

Guided by its brand slogan, "Wine That Makes Japan Taste Even Better," Manns Wines pursues high-quality winemaking that draws out the best of Japan's climate and terroir, sharing the appeal of Japan's own grape varieties, including Koshu and Muscat Bailey A, as well as European varieties grown in Japan, with wine lovers at home and abroad.
For this evening, we have selected six wines from SOLARIS, the celebrated flagship series from the Komoro Winery, paired with a special course created exclusively for the occasion by Bistro NOHGA.
