Announcing "The Ethical Lemon Club," a Collaboration with The Ethical Spirits!

Bistro NOHGA values connections with the local community. We are proud to have created many vibrant cocktails featuring gin from The Ethical Spirits, which has a local distillery in the nearby Kuramae neighborhood.

The Ethical Spirits' gin begins with ingredients which would normally be disposed of, such as sake lees and coffee grounds. Such inspiration not only turns these "costs" into "value," but creates fascinating craft gins, each bursting with their own character.

Bistro NOHGA is pleased to co-host "The Ethical Lemon Club," an intriguing lemon-peeling experience event. Lemon is also used as a botanical in The Ethical Spirits' popular product, "Last Elysium."

As you peel away, you are enveloped in the wafting, fresh lemon fragrance... ...and more and more people become engrossed without even realizing...
and then, the lemons you have peeled are transformed into Last Elysium.
Please come and immerse yourself in this intriguing experience.

*Participant numbers are limited. *Applications will close when the limit is reached.

Points to note

- Reservations may be canceled if participants do not arrive by the set time without prior contact.
- Explanations will only be given in Japanese.
- No flames of any kind are permitted inside the building. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- People aged under 20 are able to participate, but please note that they will not be served with alcohol.
- Please do not bring pets into the building.
- Staff will take photographs during the event. Please notify the staff if you do not wish to be photographed.
- For hygiene purposes, please do not attend if you are unwell.
